Supponai (supponai.com) is an AI visibility audit and implementation service operated by Structra Technologies Ltd, a company registered in New Zealand. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Structra Technologies Ltd.

What information we collect

When you use Supponai we collect:

• Business information — business name, type, location, website URL, and services you enter into the audit form.
• Email address — provided before your audit results are shown.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) collected automatically.

How we use your information

• To generate and deliver your AI visibility audit report.
• To deliver the Done For You AI Fix or Get Found Online Package you purchased.
• To add you to our mailing list so we can send relevant updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To process your payment securely via Stripe.
• To improve our service and analyse usage trends.

Third-party services

• Anthropic — your business details are sent to Anthropic's API to generate the audit report. Anthropic's privacy policy applies.
• Mailchimp (Intuit) — your email address, business name, and city are stored in Mailchimp for email communications.
• Stripe — payment processing. We never see or store your full card number.

Data retention

We retain your email and business information for as long as you remain subscribed to our mailing list. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us at hello@structra.co.nz.

Your rights (New Zealand Privacy Act 2020)

The service

Supponai provides AI visibility audits and done-for-you implementation services to help businesses get found through AI search platforms. Audit scores are generated by AI and are provided for guidance purposes. Our implementation services are carried out by our team within 48 hours of payment.

No guarantee of results

AI search platforms change frequently. We make no guarantee that our implementation will result in any specific improvement to your AI visibility, search rankings, or lead volume. Results will vary by business, industry, and location.

Payments and refunds

• The Done For You AI Fix is a one-time payment of $297 NZD.
• The Get Found Online Package is a one-time payment of $997 NZD.
• The Stay Ahead Monthly subscription is $49 NZD/month, billed monthly, cancel anytime.
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all one-time purchases. Contact us at hello@structra.co.nz within 30 days of purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false or misleading business information, or use the service to generate content for a business you do not own or have authority to represent.

Intellectual property

All work delivered as part of your package is yours to use freely once purchased. Supponai's brand, UI, and underlying software remain the property of Structra Technologies Ltd.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Structra Technologies Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Supponai. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
